From the Shadow of Radical Islam, Stories of God’s Faithfulness Emerge
Growing up in Syria, John Samara heard the call to prayer blaring from minarets every day. He watched his father, a pastor, faithfully and boldly proclaim the gospel among Muslim neighbors, even as Syria descended into a devastating civil war. John was pursuing a successful career in engineering when God called him to redirect his energies into support of the body of Christ, which was rapidly expanding in the Middle East. Today, John leads a team that advances the gospel in unreached areas of the Middle East and North Africa. The team trains and equips indigenous followers of Christ who understand the culture, speak the language and already live in the Muslim–dominated countries where they work to expand Christ’s kingdom. Hear John’s inspiring story at The Voice of the Martyrs’ upcoming I Am N Virtual Event. Register now to secure your spot and be moved by his story!
