Stories of Unwavering Faith in the Shadow of Radical Islam STORIES THAT MUST BE HEARD | ||||
| A decade ago, the self-proclaimed Islamic State (ISIS) marked Christians’ homes, businesses and churches in Mosul, Iraq, with the Arabic letter “n” (ن). The letter, symbolizing “Nazarene,” not only identified the buildings’ occupants as followers of Christ but also served as a chilling threat. Christians were given these choices: convert to Islam, pay a high tax, flee the region or be killed. Hundreds of thousands of Christians chose to flee. But where are they now, and what about those who refused to flee? At “I Am N,” a virtual event by The Voice of the Martyrs, you’ll receive updates from Iraq and firsthand testimonies from three courageous believers who faced persecution in places dominated by Islam. These are not just stories of survival; they’re testimonies of enduring faith that show how God sustained them through trials and continues to use them to advance his kingdom. | ||||
